If you've reached this page then you're probably someone who I've just helped... either that, or you're feeling generous. Here you can buy me a refreshing drink online by simply clicking on the buy button above (estimated cost, £2.40). Rest assured, all donations will be spent on alcohol, and I'll a post a quick thank you here. If you're lucky, I might even include a photo of me consuming the drink.

Pint Number 9

Just in...
Hi, This is Ben from New Jersey and I bought you a pint. No last names please. Just wanted to let you know that I run a sex toys shop called Secret Playthings. Enjoy your drink! Perhaps a nice young lady comes along, sees your blog and buys herself a rabbit vibrator, you know I only charge $19.95 for a rabbit vibrator!

Thanks, Ben!

Pint Number 8

Thank you to Helen Thompson of Coventry, England. I've been away for a few days so this pint was enjoyed with a delicious bowl of mussels in Paris!

Helen runs Healing Holistix and offers everything from reflexology to breathing and relaxation techniques. Make sure you take a look!

Pint Number 7

Thank you to Adi Gaskell from the Isle of Wight for the latest beverage. (Check out Adi's streaming media website.) This purchase was made just in time for me to fetch a 4-pack from the local shop, and park myself in front of the TV for England versus Wales.

England cruised to a 2-0 victory with goals from Lampard and Beckham.

Pint Number 6

This is getting ridiculous. Pint Number 6 comes courtesy of Glenn Wilson in Penrith, NSW, Australia, fiancé to Mary (purchaser of Pint Number 2). What better excuse for a drink than a wedding? All the best to you both for a very happy marriage...

Oh, and this is yet another distance record with this pint having travelled an incredible 10,531 miles (16,946 kilometres)! I think that's going to take some beating.

Pint Number 5

I can't say I expected this to take off in quite the way that it has. 5 pints in the first week is great! The latest round is courtesy of Olivier Galy from Camden, South Carolina. He works at Web Stat who produce excellent software for tracking website traffic. Check them out.

On this occasion, the funds went towards a bottle of wine (again, at the Thai restaurant) - a Shiraz Cabernet from Down Under. Cheers, Olivier!!

Pint Number 4

Thank you to Kate Jones of Leeds, England, for Pint Number 4. This was enjoyed in our local Thai restaurant. They usually serve by the bottle rather than by the pint glass, but they managed to make an exception in my case.

Pint Number 3

I never thought they were big drinkers in Japan. So, to log in this morning and find that Junichiro Watanabe from Gifu in Japan had got a round in for me, was a wonderful surprise. He runs a health site and an education site, so should perhaps know better! Thank you very much and cheers, Jun!!

Gifu is 5,790 miles (9,317 kilometres) away, so this is a new record!

Pint Number 2

Thank you to Mary Hansen in Seattle, Washington, for pint number 2. This pint has made a journey of 4,569 miles (7,352 kilometres) to reach me, and yet is still nicely chilled. Cheers, Mary!!

Pint Number 1

A big 'thank you' to Paul Jeffrey up in Glasgow, Scotland, for getting the ball rolling... I thought you were meant to be a penny-pinching bunch north of the border?! Cheers, Paul!!

Thirsty

This is my first post on my "buy me a pint" blog. Obviously, nobody's bought me a pint yet... and I'm thirsty. You could be the first to buy... just think of the fame!!
